Cancellation & Refund Policy

EKDANT ENTERPRISES is committed to supporting its customers and follows a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to the vendor/merchant.
  • EKDANT ENTERPRISES does not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
  • Refunds/replacements for perishable items may be approved only if the customer proves that the delivered product is of poor or unacceptable quality.

Important: Perishable items include fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other items with limited shelf life. Once these items are shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted due to their nature.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery.
  • The request will be considered only after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue at their end.
  • Please provide clear photographs/videos of the damaged product for verification purposes.

3. Product Not as Described

  • If the product received is not as described on the website or does not meet your expectations, report the issue to Customer Service within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • After reviewing the complaint, the Customer Service Team will take the appropriate action.
  • Please ensure you provide detailed information about the discrepancy between the ordered product and received product.

4. Warranty-Related Complaints

  • For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for replacements or warranty claims.
  • EKDANT ENTERPRISES acts as a platform and is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims.
  • We can assist you with the manufacturer's contact details and necessary documentation.

Note: Please check the product documentation for warranty terms and conditions. Manufacturer warranties are separate from our return policy.

5. Refund Policy

  • For any refund approved by EKDANT ENTERPRISES, please allow 1–2 business days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider (typically 3-7 business days).
